Complaints

If you have a complaint, please address it to me in the first instance. I will endeavour to respond within 14 days. I will discuss any complaint with a colleague / peer group to assist in resolving the issue. If the complaint is still not addressed to your satisfaction, then the complaint should be addressed to my Responsible Officer (for whom I will provide contact details). There is also the option to complain to my regulatory body, the General Medical Council.
